Led by one of our expert trainers, the Thomas Behavior accreditation course deepens your understanding of the Thomas Behavior (PPA) assessment and covers everything from the basics to more advanced applications of it. It explores the DISC theory, the foundation of the PPA, and how it can be used responsibly in recruitment and development. Diving into hands-on skills for administering the assessment, interpreting reports, and giving feedback, this course also shows you how to match behavioral insights with job requirements and apply this knowledge in various commercial settings. PPA Practitioner accreditation is earned once the course is completed and after passing a short knowledge check.
